Stego clamp can be used infinitely

Clamp able to be used without rebuilding stacks. When other player struggles free, or if I use my regular tail attack to slam a clamped dino, my stacks don't reset. Not sure what caused it to bug out so I can't reproduce but it has been ongoing for some time, even after I swapped servers.

Just noticed while this bug is happening I also am unable to use tail barrage. Only tail swing works. Added a second video.

After using clamp, you should have to get the clamp stacks again before ability is able to be used
