Just below surface of the water if you precise move and look out of the water to make the background

When just below the surface of the water, if you tilt your semi/ or aquatic dinosaur down a little bit and then use precise movement and look out of the water the background changes

While in the water just below the water surface, the bug happens when you look out from underwater to above water, the background changes

There shouldn’t be any change when looking out of the water from under the water of the background, the scenery should stay the same and not get brighter or change
