Multiple map POI landmarks show diamond question‑mark icons, landmark entities missing Description

Many exploration POI landmarks across the whole map incorrectly render as rows of diamond question‑mark icons on the M‑key map. Landmark names fail to load properly. No quests are linked to these markers, this is purely a landmark POI bug.

Lots of map POIs show broken diamond question‑mark symbols with missing names. No landmark entities spawn in the game world, no related quests. The exploration points cannot be unlocked.

All exploration POI landmarks should display correct icons and their proper names. Landmark entities should spawn in‑world so players can unlock them.
