Fish school home cave decoration not working properly in water home caves

When you go into your water home cave on an aquatic dinosaur, like a Tylosaurus for example, and buy the "orange" fish school home cave decoration and place it down, the orange fish school does not show up and the animated fish aren't floating around and swimming for that specific water home cave decoration. But if you buy the "blue" fish school water home cave decoration and place it down in your home cave, the blue animated fish school immediately show up and start swimming in circles where you placed it.

I purchased the "orange" fish school water home cave decoration to place down in my water home cave. I placed it in my desired location, gave it about 30 seconds, but no orange fish spawned from the decoration where I placed it. So I purchased the "blue" fish school water home cave decoration to see if the "orange" fish school water home cave decoration could potentially be bugged. I went and placed the "blue" fish school water home cave decoration in about the same spot as I placed the "orange" fish school, and the blue fish school immediately popped out of the decoration and the blue animated fish were swimming around exactly where I placed it. Leading me to believe that the "orange" fish school animation for the water home caves decorations are potentially bugged and not working properly.

I should be able to purchase the "orange" fish school water home cave decoration for my aquatic dinosaur, such as the Tylosaurus, place it in my desired location in my water home cave and the animated orange fish should immediately pop out of the decoration and start swimming in the area. Just like the "blue" fish school water home cave decoration.
