Unable to grab a trophy despite having the "take trophy" prompt

I killed an adult alio and despite having the "eat" and "take trophy" prompts, every time I tried to take the trophy it just gave me a meat chunk. I had just gotten on for the first time in two weeks and hadn't gotten any trophies already. The player may have crashed because towards the end of the fight they stopped moving, so this may have had a hand in causing the bug. EDIT: Shortly after I was able to grab a trophy from a hatz, a thal, and then a lamb. All of them were fighting up until death so I think it may have something to do with the alio crashing.
