Questing as almost anything is slower now

I played on Concavenator (which I know has been reported already) but for my end every single playable is doing this.

Where if I look at the quest item and it is all highlighted, i have to manually click Q instead of just holding it to collect and the speed of which it does it is painfully slow. Whereas if I turned my camera away so that the items weren't highlighted but I could still collect them, I'd quest normally.

I should be able to have them be highlighted or unhighlighted and still be able to hold Q to collect normally and at the regular speed.
