Trophies not picking up properly

When attempting to pick up a trophy off a corpse the animation plays but the trophy does not pick up. Almost as if it warps back into the corpse. I can however pick up the trophy after it does this.

Mutilple occasions I went to pick up trophies off a corpse. Pick up animation plays but trophy does not pick up.

The trophy should be picked up from the corpse on the first attempt.
