"Please run the launcher as administrator" when launching as a second Windows user

While logged in as a Windows User that is not the primary/original User on the PC, the Alderon Games launcher will always prompt the secondary User to "Please run the launcher as administrator to fix this issue". Typically, there is no apparent issue, but sometimes the game is prevented from downloading major updates. The game is not prevented from downloading mods once the game is opened. If the secondary User does not right-click on the launcher, run it as an administrator, and give it permission to make changes every single time, the pop-up will appear every time the launcher is opened. It does not matter if the secondary User has administrator privileges, or whether or not the user has previously run the launcher as admin and given it permission to make changes to the device. The primary User does not experience this issue, and can download updates without running the launcher as an admin. This issue has occurred on multiple Windows PCs across multiple major updates.

When opening the launcher as a secondary Windows User with administrator privileges, the launcher prompts me to launch it as an administrator every single time and will not allow me to download updates. This can only be fixed by right-clicking on the launcher and clicking "Run as administrator", and the fix will only apply for that single instance, instead of being remembered.

The launcher recognizes that the secondary User is an administrator and launches it as normal, like it does with the primary user. Alternatively, the launcher only gives a pop-up when there is an update pending, and tells the user that they need to launch it as an administrator to download the update.
