Server mutes are not expiring automatically

Description

With recent chat system updates, we've noticed that non permanent server mutes (either done using /servermute or via rcon) are not expiring automatically like they should be. Length of time does not seem to matter. We had a player muted for multiple weeks and that mute should've expired 2 days ago, but I had to manually unmute them. Even muting someone for just 1 minute the mute does not expire.

Status changed to 'Done'. Reason: Just checked a few of our recent server mutes and it looks like they've started correctly resolving on their own again.
