Vocal ability visuals are bugged

Description

Since the leeds update, every vocal ability seems to be bugged visually. It happens every single time when playing, the white effects you see appear when you activate a call are messed up when compared to how they were before the leeds update. Only the “spit” part of the visual call appears and the circle around it doesnt appear.

Upon further testing after the stego tlc, this bug persists even on single player (which previously i thought it did not, but i didnt test it properly) . I think it has something to do with your elevation. At higher places such as mountains/tall cliffs, the visuals are bugged but at normal level (i think the level at which the ocean meets the land) terrain they seem to function normally.

From my testing, it seems the current bugged visuals are only present on officials and community, not singleplayer. In singleplayer they look like how they were before the update. I have uploaded two videos showing how they were before (currently in singleplayer too) and how the visuals are now. Even though I have only iploaded a video of barsboldias vocals, this bug seems to be on almost every vocal call that has visuals.
