Quest items not showing correct prompt and not collecting
Description
When trying to collect items for a quest, the item would not show the correct button prompt, and pressing the collect button would also not collect the item. Encountered for the first time in Palm Islands, trying to collect ammonites. Founds again in Redwoods with water lilies.

First bug in palm islands was encountered randomly. Encountered again in redwoods, and then tried to duplicate. Completed other quests and exited and rentered Redwoods until the water lilly collection quest appeared

Attempted to collect lilies, unable to collect, tried several different nodes to see if it was just one object or all of them in the area

Cycled quests again
