Rat Out (Struthi) working on group members

Rat Out afflicts group members upon activation.

Upon pressing the button bound to Rat Out, after the Struthi calls a herdmate broadcasted under the effects of the ability - which the ability itself states it does not affect group members.

As written on the ability itself, it is only supposed to work on non-group members - I was not expecting my friend (TacosRTasty 810-412-229, who helped find this bug) to broadcast as well.
