Loss of the ability to lay down, pick up items, eat

After using an ability on Laten, I suddenly lost the ability to eat/pick up food, sit/lay down, and pick up quest items. Call panel still opened and was usable, abilities were still usable.

I attempted hard logging to correct it and that didn’t work, so I switched to achillo.
