Land shiny scales quest has been replaced by its water counterpart; land dinos cannot get the quest
Description
The quest for shiny scales given by the land Dynamo is bugged and has been replaced by the water one given by the Goni. You can tell because the image for what critters to kill for the scales are the water ones. What's more, this bug outright replaces the normal land version of the this quest so land dinos that can't dive are unable to access it at all. I've tested several different land dinos on multiple maps for well over an hour and the shiny scales quest never appeared.
