Trophy disappear or slide away after biting

When taking a trophy from a body and biting to drop it, it sometimes just disappear or slide away. It happened twice while I was playing as a Kapro on Pt Semi-Realism server on riparia. First time i killed a ramph and took the trophy from the body and after biting the trophy just disappeared, second time i killed a Giga from Primordial Tytans mod I dropped the trophy and it just slide away.

Trophy should stay where it got dropped
