Leedsichthys fast swim speed equals roam swim speed, fast swim consumes stamina unnecessarily
Description
When controlling Leedsichthys, fast swim has the exact same movement speed as normal roaming swim. Meanwhile, activating fast swim still drains stamina continuously, even though there is no speed boost.

Observed Result
When controlling Leedsichthys, fast swim has the exact same movement speed as normal roaming swim. Meanwhile, activating fast swim still drains stamina continuously, even though there is no speed boost.
Expected Result
Fast swim should make Leedsichthys swim faster than regular roaming swim. Stamina should only be consumed when there is a real speed increase.

1. Spawn and play as Leedsichthys underwater. 2. Swim normally in roam mode and note the speed. 3. Activate fast swim. 4. Observe that speed does not increase, but stamina starts draining.
