Observed Result
I had the find food icon at salt flats and once I died it was a the icon was frozen at salt flats and was still there once I got back to salt flats
Expected Result
The icon should on be there as once a creature respawns, the food and water refills to full.
Steps to Reproduce

Get you hunger level to low and make the find food or feed group mate icon appear.

Once’s it appears, respawn or die to another creature. The icon will still be there where you have died. On the map as well as in the actual poi
