Thall atack buff not going down when flying

When you get the attack buff stack on the ground, when you fly, sometimes the stacks wont come down, and when I atack I lost one stack.

The attack buff still stack when flying, and when I attack someone I lose the stack.

Attack buff stacked on the ground should decrease its stacks when start flying.
