Pycnonemosaurus Mouthguard shows buff in Home Cave with empty mouth, persists after leaving

The Mouthguard Senses talent has a UI desync bug inside the Home Cave. When equipping or re-equipping this talent in home cave, the buff icon immediately shows 100% even when my dinosaur holds nothing in its mouth. The buff icon stays stuck after picking up and dropping an item. The actual recoil damage reduction does not work despite the visible buff icon.

Inside Home Cave, equipping Mouthguard instantly shows the buff at 100% with no item in mouth. Re-equipping the talent repeats this issue. After grabbing an item and dropping it, the buff icon remains permanently on screen. When fighting out on the map, there is no recoil damage reduction even though the buff icon is active.

The Mouthguard buff icon should ONLY appear when the dinosaur is holding an item in its mouth. The buff icon must disappear after dropping the item. Equipping the talent alone should not display the buff if nothing is held. The visual buff should match the actual working effect.
