Flickering shadows in the Crag Bluffs Location
Description
When exiting the home cave in the Crag Bluffs location and turning left along the path toward the pond, a visual glitch with shadows is always visible under certain conditions.
Important!
Set the two graphics settings as shown in my screenshot:
Shadows - "Medium"
Effects - "Low"
Also, be sure to wait until the sun is fully up, as it is also not visible at night.
If these conditions are not met, the glitch will not appear.

Observed Result
If you look around, or just walk around, you can immediately notice how shadows begin to flicker. On the ground, on the trees, on the bushes.
Expected Result
Shadows should not flicker and should match the graphics parameters
Steps to Reproduce
Set the graphics settings as shown in the screenshot. Be sure to set the following settings to the following quality: Shadows - "Medium" Effects - "Low"
Exit the caves and wait until the sun is fully up.
Follow the route: from the cave to the left along the path to the pond, looking around
