No marks and 0% contribution for group quests

When group questing, after contributing to the quest it marks as 0% contribution. When the quest is completed, there is no mark reward given. Unable to observe if it prevents growth too as I am a full grown Cera.

After collecting (for example) an amanita mushroom for the group quest in Big Tree overlook. The pop up for collecting it shows but the contribution remains 0.

After the quest is completed, no marks are given even when I have contributed.

I believe the contribution bar is supposed to reflect my % of contribution and the appropriate rewards obtained.
