Description
While Albertaceratops is charging its ability, the skill UI shows the cooldown timer counting down. Once the charge finishes completely, the cooldown resets and starts counting from the full duration again. The Razor Crest (剃刀头冠) passive buff can stack repeatedly, and its health regeneration effect triggers multiple times at the same time. The counter spin ability has the same issue

Expected Result
The cooldown should begin counting down after the charge finishes, not during charging. The timer should not reset once the charge completes. Razor Crest healing effect should not stack; only one instance of the health regen should be active at once.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Spawn and play as Albertaceratops, equip the Razor Crest ability. 2. Activate the charge ability and hold to enter charging state. 3. Observe the skill cooldown UI counting down while charging. 4. Release and finish the charge. The cooldown timer resets and restarts from full value. 5. Trigger the Razor Crest counterattack multiple times quickly. 6. Multiple healing buffs stack, all health regen effects activate simultaneously.
