Edmontosaurus can't collect for quests

Currently can't collect anything for quests with either Edmontosaurus. I've played both and can't collect anything, so it makes growing really hard and slow.

The collect icon would come up, I would click it, it wouldn't collect, I tried again, this time holding my finger there, and it still didn't collect.

Supposed to be able to collect stuff.
