Indefinite steroids clamp and unusable charge tail

(Did not realize stego got autocorrected to steroids)
After getting the 5 stacks to clamp something on stego I couldn't use my charge tail and could use clamp forever afterwards, I didn't unclamp what I grabbed instead letting my stam run out which mightve glitched it

Clamp on steg with charge tail equipped and let stam run out, not being able to use charge afterwards but still clamp even with no stacks

Being able to use charge tail and clamp with stacks but not without stacks
