Dinosaurs don't have cooldowns on their abilities even with high ping spikes
Description
I think this bug stems from the new patch addressing Switch lag; recently, with the Tylosaurus, I’ve been able to bite without triggering ability cooldowns, and my attacks actually land even when there’s high ping (I experienced this same issue with the Pycnonemosaurus and Achillobator on European servers or others with high latency). It’s worth noting that I tested this on community servers, though the same thing happens to me on official servers as well

Outcomes
Observed Result
The dino's bite has no cooldown; normally, it should have a one-second recharge time.
Expected Result
The dinosaur should attack with its bite after waiting for the cooldown.
Steps to Reproduce
First you need to go to a high-latency server.
Once you've done that, you'd need to get into PvP and land bites very quickly, exploiting the rival dinosaur's hitbox.
After completing step 2, you can bite endlessly with the dinosaur without any cooldown, meaning its attacks—now free of cooldown—also count as normal bites.
