Unescapable gap between rocks

Hello Sir/Ma’am,
I was just heading to Twisted Forest’s Waystone as a Juvinile Tyrannotitan for the quest and I decided to step on the rocks for safety (because there might be other players in the water). Then suddenly I fell in this gap between rocks. I thought I could easily escape it since babies still have the ability to jump, but, after several tries I failed, I even tried to logout and log in again, but was still between the rocks.

I shouldn’t have been able to fall and move when I already fell because the gap is small but there’s seem to be a bug or a glitch where my titan’s head is phasing through the rocks. And I thought since the head/tail is phasing through the rocks, I could easily escape, but no.

If the gap wasn’t present, players would not have to waste time figuring out how to escape it, worst part is what if the dino is hungry or thirsty? Or even escaping/fighting other players and suddenly got stuck. Levelling up or growing a dino takes much time so dying from a simple gap wastes time and more importantly waste growth (from dying). So, these gaps should be addressed for a better gaming experience.
