Mossy rest spot not available on Laten

After playing for three hours on official servers and visiting multiple mossy resting spots across the map, I did not receive the "mossy resting spot" sitting quest. This does not seem to be an issue on any other playables.

Mossy resting spots not proccing.

Mossy resting spots should be available again after a cooldown timer.
