Refer-a-Friend growth buff inconsistency

The Refer-a-Friend system provides a +20% growth buff when playing near a referred friend. However, the growth amount received is inconsistent — it randomly increases and decreases instead of applying a steady bonus. Additionally, when completing tutorial quests and exiting the Hatchling Cave simultaneously with my referred friend, we end up with different amounts of growth, and my friend usually receives noticeably more growth than I do.

The +20% referral growth bonus fluctuates unpredictably (sometimes giving less growth, sometimes more). Upon leaving the Hatchling Cave together after completing the same quests, both players have uneven growth bars, with the referred friend consistently having more growth.

The +20% Refer-a-Friend growth buff should apply consistently to all growth gained. Both referred players completing the Hatchling Cave tutorial together should exit with the exact same amount of boosted growth.
