Stirring den icon staying after completion, even after death

My pycno died during a stirring den quest but my groupmate finished while i was on the dieing screen so the quest finished for them. After reborn with my pycno the marker for the stirring stayed there even after completing it and not having a stirring dem quest anymore. The marker stayed even after doing a different stirring den

Group stirring den marker stayes on after death and after completing the quest

The marker should disappear after completing the quest or dieing to it.
