Stego TLC Clamp disable other attacks

When clamping with stego and dropping the player, the ability stays on and you can use the attack without having to build up the 5 stacks, dealing alot of damage to players who cannot be picked up.

picked up friend to test ability, did not want to slam them so i dropped. started fighting and noticed the ability was still active and wouldnt disable after use.

once the ability is used and or the 60 sec timer ends, you have to build up the 5 stacks again,
