Mocking Cackle has no affect on bucking stamina (broken)
Description
Mocking cackle is supposed to reduce bucking effectiveness by 50% to enemies that have the debuff. However after 4 seperate tests, it does not actually do anything.

Observed Result
Me and my gf tested this 4 times. She got on her rex, i got on achillo. i'd pounce her once and get her to buck and get a picture of the stamina drain, then i'd get off, get my stamina back, use the call, confirm that she had the debuff, and pounce again. however after comparing photos and videos there is 0 different between stamina loss with or without the call debuff.
Expected Result
It reduces bucking effectiveness by 50% so realistically it should drain half the usual bucking stamina on achillo when this debuff is applied to enemies.
Steps to Reproduce
Get a dino with no natural bucking resistances like Rex.
Get an achillo with pounce and mocking cackle.
pounce on the rex and note down how much stamina drains when the rex bucks once.
get off and regain stamina.
use mocking cackle and confirm the rex or dino has the debuff.
pounce again and note down how much stamina is lost with one buck with the debuff applied. you will notice there is no difference. (do all of this ungrouped)
