All aquatics have the rain dripping effect while underwater in the Character creation screen

When I was looking at Leedsichthys in single player I noticed it has the rain dripping effect on its body but it was fully submerged in the water, so I spawn into the world(Riparia) to see if it happened ingame too. It did not. I then checked the other aquatics and they all had the rain dripping down their body’s effect while underwater in the character selection screen. By the way it only shows up when it’s raining not on a clear sky or anything else. I checked this on Gondwa too and it does still happen.

I believe there is supposed to be no rain drip effect while any aquatic is submerged fully underwater in the character creation screen
