Double surface bug
When doing this bug the character glitches on the surface moving down and up very fast blocking any abilities
Even when being uner water happens.

Character was moving up and down very fast and abilities dont work
Expected Result
Shouldn t of glitched and should of been able to use abilities at the surface/underwater
Steps to Reproduce

At this exact spot at Grand Plains you go to the surface on a dolphin,kai and tylosaurus im pretty sure it works on every surface when water is shallow To make it happen you have to press in the same time on keyboard and mouse:A,S and control to go dive under the water.For the bug to go away. Im not sure if it works on every platform im 50% sure it works on every platform and 100% sure it works on windows.
