Description
When swimming and grabbing a fish/items from the surface, and dive immediately or even shortly after, you drop the fish or item when the animation is over.

Steps to Reproduce
1
Grab any grabbable item and have it on the surface of the water
2
Then pick it up again, and as the animation plays, dive into the water clicking R3 on ps
3
And as you are diving the object will slip out of your mouth as if you dropped it
