Abnormal teleportation upon death

I died during combat. After respawning, I was teleported to Red Island. This island is extremely far from the mainland. As a terrestrial T-Rex, I cannot swim back.

I respawned on the largest island within the Red Island map region.

Without this bug, I should respawn normally somewhere on the mainland, not on an island.
