Player names are invisible on iOS

I play Path of Titans on an iPhone. Player names are invisible to me, including the names of other players. Other players can see my name, but I cannot see theirs. I already updated the game, checked the name tag settings, changed my in-game name, and switched profiles, but the issue persists.

All player names are missing from my screen. Other players can see my name, but I cannot see their names. The issue continues after updating the game and checking the relevant settings.

Player names should be visible to me in the game, including the names of other players and my own name where applicable.
