Observed Result
My screen looked just like the screenshot I've attached. The chat was still moving in the background, but no matter what I clicked I could not move or get out of the interface. I had a moderator I was in a voice call with teleport me, and that broke me out of it.
Expected Result
The quest would work as normal and I would be able to interact with my screen
Steps to Reproduce
I went up to another waystone and tried the quest, and it worked like normal
