forever hungry icon

i was starving and died. even after death hunger starving icon would not dissapear from my body even after it dissapeared. then even after logging off and coming back once i get to the point of starvation i eat until i can no longer eat and the hunger icon will not go away.

the hunger icon is still showing up on my screen in a distance as i play.

once i eat to fill i expected the starving icon to go away.
