Ramph will not fly immediately after release from pounce

Recently when releasing from pounce my character will drop to the ground and I am unable to do anything but dart and crawl for several seconds.

When I try to fly off from pounce I just drop to the ground and when I jump I spin in the air each time I try to take off and end up right back on the ground which has caused my death multiple times. Other players can not see me spin, they just see me jumping. Other players can not see me spin, they just see me jumping.

I should be able to fly immediately upon releasing from pounce or jumping off.
