Conflicting call and ability inputs with D-pad on controller

Description

On controller, if an ability uses one of the same inputs needed to perfom a call as binded (like on PS5, secondary abilities are binded to L1+Square etc.) and if it is switched so that an ability is binded to D-pad down and a call is binded to L1+D-pad down, the ability will always be used first instead of the call even though the L1 input is being read.

Outcomes

Observed Result

Using L1+D-pad down uses the ability binded to just D-pad down instead of the call binded to L1+D-pad down unless the ability is unusable or on cooldown.

Expected Result

The L1+D-pad down input should not activate the ability bound just to D-pad down, and should perform the call instead.

Steps to Reproduce

1

Bind a call like broadcast, threaten, friendly etc to the L1+D-pad down input.

2

Set keybinds to have an ability on just the D-pad down input and equip an ability there.

3

Try to perform the call by using the L1+D-pad down input. (It will always trigger the ability instead of the call.)

The ability bindings do work on other controller inputs, but D-pad down is the only one that I tested as it's the only one that I use regularly that conflicts. I also tried with other inputs like L1+Square, Circle, Triangle, and X and the conflict worked the same way if the abilities were binded to the respective buttons.
