Open cliffside in hollow hills

Whilst wandering around hollow hills on riparia and I found an opening alongside one of the cliff edges and at first I thought it was a cave or something. I was able to climb into the narrow gap with my alio and realized that the area I'd climbed into was definitely not meant for player access.

I wasn't able to exit the "cave" upon entering and had to use the unstuck command multiple times before eventually I was able to get out.

The wall shouldn't have this gap as other players may also think its a cave/ tunnel and climb into it, only realizing afterwards its not meant for player access.
