Tyrannosaurus Rampage does not activate within the new 70%‑30% health range, tooltip is also outdate

After hotfix 34 for build 50012, the Tyrannosaurus Rampage ability was supposed to activate starting at 70% health and stop at 30% health.
The ability now works correctly and triggers within the 70%‑30% health range. However, the tooltip text on the Tyrannosaurus summary panel has not been updated to match the hotfix changes.
Only the UI text is outdated, gameplay behaviour is now working as intended.

Rampage damage bonus correctly triggers between 70%‑30% health. The in‑game tooltip still displays the old, outdated description.
