Small Dinosaurs Fall Into Terrain Holes Near the Northern Dry Fang Canyon Waterfall

I have encountered multiple locations near the far northern waterfall by Dry Fang Canyon where smaller playable dinosaurs can fall into holes in the terrain and become trapped. I have encountered this issue approximately six times in total across these locations.

I have also used Hatzegopteryx to retrieve dinosaurs that fell into these holes.

Smaller playable dinosaurs can fall into holes in the terrain near the waterfall. Once inside, they can become trapped and require assistance to get out.

The terrain should have proper collision so that playable dinosaurs cannot unintentionally fall into inaccessible holes or become trapped beneath the intended playable surface.
