I cant unbind or disable

Im on console i would like to disable autorun as its the same keybind as interact and i end up running past what im trying to pick up but i have a bug where it always rebinds itself to left on the d pad this is upsetting. Ive even tried plugging a keyboard in and binding it to a random key but it just rebound itself to left on tne d pad why.

A better gameplay experience so im not sprinting past quest items that i need to grow
