When I use Undertown two times It causes my Leed to lag.

My Leed would lag and I would have to exit out of the server just to play It.
Expected Result
Undertow uses an animation and a move that draws foes in while damaging them
Steps to Reproduce

Use Undertow first round, swim. Normal

Use undertow a second time, swim becomes very laggy. Like the Leed is trying to catch up. Look closely at the school of fish after I use It a second time. The fish even become laggy

Leave server entirely. Use Leed. Enter new server Leed is operational again.
