i spawned ''dead"

game crashed and spawned me bugged 3x in a row when trying to connect again.

My wifi crashed and i got the yellow turtle icon followed by red turtle icon, then i logged back in and i was in the middle of the map underground, followed by dead but full health in ripple beach, followed by dead in the loading screen. every time i was unable to do anything other than move the camera around. My friends were able to see my body dead but unable to interact with it.

i dont know what to submit here other than spawn me back the regular and intended way.
