/completequest command completing wrong quest
Description
There's an issue with the /completequest command where typing in a particular quest that you want completed can cause other quests on your list to be completed along with it.

Observed Result
I created a new character and started in with four quests: "Find Home Cave," "Find Waystone," "Hunt Critter," and "Clear Branches." I used the command to complete the "Find Home Cave" quest. The command proceeded to complete not only that particular quest but the other three as well. In total, I received over four minutes of growth and 245 marks.
Expected Result
The command should have completed only the intended quest, not any of the other quests on my list.
Steps to Reproduce
Enter any instance where you have access to game commands (Singleplayer, Community Server)
Use the /completequest command in chat to complete any quest on your list. The more quest you have the easier the bug is to replicate.
After using the command, the quest that was intended to be completed will cause other quests on your list to be completed along with it.
