"no internet" error

A large window with the "no internet" error.

It opens the account login in the game itself, loads for about a minute, and gives a "no internet" error when entering the game. My attempts to use various VPNs and internet settings don't help. And everything was fine before, the game launched — the error started on 09/18. I tried disabling the firewall and protection so they wouldn't conflict, and I reinstalled both the game separately and completely with the launcher. Please, could you tell me what I should do to make the game work?..
