Rhamp cant take off from shallow water

When in shallow water, you cannot take off if youre only barely swimming, which makes it really hard to get away in certain parts of big quill lake specifically.

Cannot take off out of water when water is too shallow. Also causes sprinting to be slower and causes lag when attempting to take off.
