Observed Result
Stegosaurus can use Clamp infinitely after it is triggered, there is no cooldown. It can instantly kill small dinosaurs. But if the grab fails, Clamp will go into cooldown, yet it can still be used again after the refresh
Expected Result
Stegosaurus's Clamp should be disabled once its effect expires, instead of being usable infinitely.
Steps to Reproduce

After grabbing a creature onto its tail, manually releasing it allows infinite refreshes of Clamp. Also, even if you wait for the skill effect to expire after a successful grab, you can still keep using Clamp continuously. When the grab attempt fails, you may use Clamp again once the cooldown ends.
